I joined the Cooperative Research Unit program in 1998 as Assistant Unit Leader at the Oklahoma Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit. In 2003 I became the Unit Leader at the Colorado Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit.
